[LM_NET] Target: software to post student work online for peer evaluation

I have a teacher who would like to post student work/writting online for reveiw and 
evaluation by parents, community members, peers, teachers etc. so that they can 
post comments back to the student authors. 



Are you aware of software designed for such purposes, and what were you experiences 
with it?
