Recognize that student work could be considered Student Personally Identifiable
Record under FERPA. No, there is NO clear guidance on this with respect to
interactive online environments. Parent permission will be imperative. I am working
on guidance on these issues that will hopefully be published soon.
But I am trying to get a recommended protocol on sexting done right now.
