[LM_NET] Target: Middle School Computer Final

Hello Everyone,
  The year is coming to a close and that means it is time for me to
come up with a final for my 8th grade 1/2 year computer class.  We
have covered all of the Microsoft Suite programs and have had a few
vocabulary tests, as well as used Mavis Beacon to improve their typing
speed and accuracy.  I was thinking of doing a project that covers all
of the Microsoft programs, but here is where my problem begins.  There
are about 2 weeks of school left and my eighth graders tend to move
slowly, as well as miss classes due to learning loops.  I do not think
that a two day written final would be beneficial, so I would really
like to do a project.  I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
Perhaps a different suggestion on how I should go about making this
final.  It is my first year and I do not have anyone else to bounce
ideas off of.
