Dear Colleagues, Thanks so much for trying my survey and for being patient.
My sincere apologies. The last two questions did not show the rating scale
properly. I have corrected and would love it if you went back. I would hate
to ask that you add comments again so I will look at comments on the
submissions already received. If you want you can just go in and answer the
last two questions this time and skip the others. This is an informal
survey, so I am not as concerned as I might be about revisits to it. For
some reason the "Rating Scale" option via Survey Monkey has been
problematical for me.

Also, by "Building Administrators," I mean, singular or plural, principals,
deans, or headmasters...individuals at the top of the chain of authority for
a specific school campus or building.
