[LM_NET] Short story help

I have an English teacher looking for the short story "The Carnival" by
Michael Fedo.  He says it is contained in "How to read short story"
which is out of print.  If anyone can help me locate this short story
and make me look great, I'd be very grateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thanks in
