[LM_NET] Printing Outlook Calendars

Collective Brain:

    I had a teacher come by looking for a way to print an MS Outlook monthly 
calendar.  When this has been tried, it prints the top row (August 1-6 for example) 
and omits the rest of the month.  What is the best way to do this?
