-------- When a summer remodeling job is finished in the fall, my already too-small library will also house a technology lab at which students will work at 17 stations at such things as robotics, lasers, hydralics, etc. A tech teacher will be hired. Despite cold, clear eloquent logic, and then a temper tantrum, I have no choice. My library is losing floor (and wall) space to this tech lab which will be open to the library. I need to hear from librarians who are in this situation. Did it work? HOW and WHY? If it didn't, why not? I am the only librarian, have one clerk, and 2500 students. Write me, call me, FAX me, or meet me in Los Angeles at ALA Midwinter. I am desperate. Lee Gordon Eldorado HS (702) 799-7200, Ext. 230 1139 N. Linn Ln.
