Thank you for your message, Sandy.  You have raised issues that I had not
considered.  I have only seen *my* vision of a writing lab in the library;
I haven't looked at it from a "computer lab" point of view.  I'm saving
your message for back up in stipulating rules if a lab is ever installed.
Perhaps what I need to push for is a lab in an adjoining room that opens
into the library (of which there are 4....a different set of problems).
