In-service programs re: tech. legal issues

Dear Friends,
     Just got out of a meeting with our district's Tech. Coord.  We were
wondering if anyone has done any in-service programs re: ethics and
technology, copyright, legal issues, etc.  If so, what did you do?  In-house
or outside source?  Hours involved?  Key issues addressed?  Successful?  We
are just beginning to think about this, so any and all information would be
very appreciated.  TIA
