The attachment from the Wiegel's will vary. The particular virus that they have grabs random files from the computer, adds the virus payload and sends to addresses from address books and (i think) the inbox. Remember the only way to be really safe is to chuck your internet connection and email. Otherwise run an antivirus program and keep it updated.
