My fav (he!he!) is... Can I go to the bathroom? I'm surprised I didn't see
this one mentioned. My response to the older students is that it sounds like
a medical question to me." They almost all immediately understand their
error and rephrase the question. With the younger students I have to teach
them the "may I" rule.
Anyways (he!he!) hope all "you guys" on Spring vaca (another fav) are having
a wonderful last day of vacation. This thread was too much fun!
