LM_NET Archive



I think the quotes are an attempt to give emphasis. Most people
seem to have forgotten italics and bold. In email, especially the
text email that LM_NET uses, you can't use italics or bold, so
people try quotes. I use *xxxxx* for emphasis, and it works. Much
better than all CAPS, which is for shouting. Now, *CAPS*, is really
making a point <grin>.
