Hi- I work at a public library that is working with the local High School to promote Teen Read Week. As part of the week we're having a raffle that requires the teens to fill out a short survey to enter. Our goal is to gain some useful information about how we can better serve/draw teens in our community. I was hoping to get some suggestions for surveys or survey questions that are useful. I don't want to create a survey that asks the wrong questions or that teens won't want to take the time to respond to. Hopefully we can learn something valuable about a portion of the community we don't see enough of. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
