Mark, all good ideas!

I'd add,

1. make sure your circ system is set to record in-library use ('checking in the
books left on tables after class visits').

2. Good idea to track how many bookcarts we set up and how many teachers/classes
use them.

3. Stats are available for most of the databases we use also.

4. Get some samples of student work teachers find meets quality standards. Helps us
form a better idea of skills the kids need to
meet expectations so we can tailor lessons.

We might be surprised to discover which depts. and who uses our library the most.
