[LM_NET] TAR: HS Special Ed. coming-of-age

Hi all,
   Can anyone help suggest some read aloud books for a small class of special ed 
high school students  that deals with their transitioning out of high school and 
entering the work force? Any other titles you can recommend would be welcomed, 
also. It's a co-ed group.
