Date dues

Thanks to all who sent messages re what they do about date
dues.  Since my mailbox mysteriously died and deleted 130+
messages before I had finished reading them, I may not have
received all your ideas but here is a summary of what I did get.

Most folks seem to keep a pocket in the back and stamp a bunch
of cards each day.  Students can then just use that card for a
bookmark and the timeconsuming task of stamping is taken care
of before the students come by.

One person used a labeling machine and slapped a date due label
on the outside of the book.  (My public library does that for
videos and it works).

One person stamps the inside back cover.

If you had an idea and don't see it here, my apologies.  There
are ghosts in my machine!! and gremlins and goblins!  Egads!
