I have had a request from two staff members for the word(if there is one) to describe when a product name becomes a generic name for an item. i.e. kleenex for tissues,levis for jeans. Please respond to me directly. Thanks in advance! Myrna Schneiderman k12vasfm@vaxb.hofstra.edu
