Dear Friends,

Thanks to the number of you who responded so quickly to my request for
books that cevered holidays around the world.

The most popular recommendation was Gale's Folklore of World Holiday's.
Another response was to purchase Gale's Folklore of American Holidays.
THe Book of Holidays Around the World, by Alice Van Straalen (Dutton, 1986) was
also noted.

A suggestion was made to obtain keypals for the studnets to learn firsthand
about other cultures through iecc-request@stolaf.edu
