firn librarians local access in Spring Hill, Hernando County?

You people did an excellent job getting my sister in Kissimmee up and
running on firn. Here is another question about access in Fl. Close family
friends have retired to the Spring Hill area. Their AOL account doesn't
have a toll free # they can use. Most of their kids have access to email
via work. They are realizing that if they could find a way to avoid long
distance phone charges, email would be an economical way to keep in touch.
(John just went through male mastectomy, and she wears hearing aids and
finds phone conversations frustrating. That's the sob story. She is
willing to enroll in community ed courses as a way to gain access to local
phone connection to internet. Can anyone think of a way for them to
economically connect to their family members without accumulating huge
