I claim credit for the Change Connections newsletter. Systematic change
(strategic planning in Education).. It was posted on AECT-L@uwv.edu and the
originators' email addresses were on the first page. I believe I only sent
the first part 550 lines and the second section 350 lines I will send to you
directly on email from Amer On Line which is where I received the file..
