I can heartily recommend Simmons for graduate Library Science courses leading
to an MLS. Besides being in Boston, which is a great city, it offers excellent
courses, is convenient to get to by subway, has a good placement service. It
offers evening courses and summer courses, is accepting of part-time students.
I know a number of its graduates, myself among them, who have gone on to work in
school libraries. It is also one of the very few Library Schools in the
northeast.
