Future of school libraries

I am charged with defining what a school media center (high school) should
look like in the future.  What will its characteristics be? What are its
goals? What training will be necessary  ?  If anyone has handled such a
task, I would appreciate your input.  Or if anyone knows of such a vision
available by FTP, I would appreicate that info.  Thank you for your time
