Technology effect on education

I am looking for a report on how technology effects educational performance.
Is there any documentation in the form of data or surveys that who how the
use of technology positively improves student performance?  Our school is
beginning a campaign for technology and our Board wants facs and figures
that technology has a positive effect on learning. I thank you in advance for
any responses.
