HS Student Contract for Internet Use

Hi Everyone, I am in the process of creating a contract for my high school
students to sign so they will understand the privileges and
responsibilities of using Internet.  I hate to reinvent the wheel so if any
of you have already done this, I would greatly appreciate any ideas you can
