technology plans for small school district

Hi friends --

On Thursday afternoon I am leading our first meeting of our
district's newly formed technology committee.  It consists of
library media specialists, computer coordinators, and interested
teachers.  We'll be looking into networking, hardware and
software between buildings, timelines, etc.  Our libraries
are automated and we have nice computer labs in each of the
three buildings.

Any advice out there for long range planning??  _Thanks_
