CA. Prop. 186

I see that the prop. limiting services to illegal aliens passed in Cal.
yesterday....being that Texas has a similar population mix (and a new
rep. gov.) some of us fear the same thing will happen here.....Any of the
Cal. :LM_NT folks have any idea when it goes into effect and how it will
"enforced"?  Thanks much.....last night was not a good night to be
anywhere left of the center....
