Quite a few years ago I faced a similar dilema ... how to provide
copier service when I didn't have the funds to purchase a copier or the
necessary supplies. I solved it by calling our county library to see who
provided their copiers. Turns out a local vending company provided the
copier & supplies plus paid the library a commission for letting them put
it in. So I called the same company.
We've now used their service for 5+ years. Doesn't cost me anything at
all except a little time to fill the paper trays now and then. If it
breaks I call them to come repair it (again no charge to me since it's
their machine). I do a little trouble-shooting & fix it myself if it's
simple, like a jam. Every couple of years they replace the machine with a
newer one. The commission we get isn't large (about $100 a year) but the
money wasn't our goal to begin with - that was to reduce vandalism of
books and magazines. We've not only reduced it, we've eliminated it
completely (at least the kind where they cut out what they're interested in)!
I don't know if they would provide printers ... I haven't asked. But
guess who I'm going to call next week.
