Now here's a question -- I need to know whether there is an accepted
spelling / capitalization of the names of Internet tools.  Is it Gopher
or gopher, Archie or archie, irc or IRC, etc, etc.  I'm not that fussed,
but our high school head wants to get it right for my course description.

who (or is that Who) knows?  Do tell.
