I am interested in any information that would verify what are appropriate lenghs of time for scheduling elementary students in the library. This would b e a fixed schedule for each class on a grade by grade level. Example: 30 min. for all elem. age levels or 25 - 30 min. for grades K through first, 30 - 35 min. for grades 2 - 3 and 35 - 40 min. for grades 4 - 5. Are there any such written recommendations based upon the students age and attention span?
