I was beginning to REALLY have my feelings hurt as you devoted fans of
EBSCO wrote in; we have terrible service here overseas from them and
could collectively fund mountains of materials with the lost funds from
using them (no choice: low bid) over the years. Thanks for sharing
negative as well as positive experiences: we were beginning to feel
like the lone targets of poor service!
