LM_NET Directory Update

Group,

I finally sorted and uploaded the new LM_NET Directory on September 3;
but I'm sad to say, I lost one file in the process of transferring it to
another file (which is what I do a LOT of!).  Anyway, the file that I
lost contained approximately 2000 bytes of names and addresses, so I
don't think I lost many.

When you look at the new directory and your name isn't there, will you
please take the time to send it to me?  I'm very sorry that you have to
do it again, but these cyberbugs get us once in a while.

If you are new and you HAVE NOT sent me your vita, just fill out the form
below and return it to me.  I'll put you in the next update (January 1).
