Alternative Ways of Accessing LM_NET

Dear LM_Netters,
        With the increased volume of mail that has been arriving due to
school starting, I found that I have had problems going through each letter
one by one and reading all of my mail.  I began to think of alternative
ways to receive LM_NET mail.
        I am fortunate enough to be able to use TurboGopher but LM_NET
archives can be accessed by anyone who had Gopher or Telnet access.  Since
I receive TurboGopher on a regular Mac screen where I can scroll down
through the listings, I can pick out the letters that I want to read
without going through every one.  I put a bookmark on the LM_NET archives
so that I don't have to go through several Gopher menus in order to access
the list.  The only disadvantage is that when I want to reply, I have to
copy down the address instead of replying directly as I did when I got
letters in my mailbox.
