TARGET-->K-5 Book Swamp ideas?

During Children's Book Week, I am planning to sponsor a paperback book
swap for our students.  This will be the first one I have ever done.

I know many of you have done this.  Do you have tried-and-true advice for
making this as successful as can be?

The plan is to give tickets for each donated book, good for a book on the
day of the swap.  Any ideas (creative and simple) will be appreciated.
