?Teacher evaluation

Our committee is reviewing teacher evaluation processes - and I would
like to know of any  public K-12 school districts which are using ANY
innovative
ways of evaluating teachers - especially for beginning teachers and
non-tenured teachers.

I am interested in teacher portfolios, peer coaching, etc. for formative
approaches rather than summative ones.
