Dear LM_Netters,

First, thanks to all those who wrote with ideas of how to fix the date
due problem. There were several suggestions but the one that worked was
ensuring that the vacation days were filled in correctly in the calendar.

Secondly, I must apologise to loyal Winnebago users for my implied
criticism of Winnebago support. LM_Net was not the place to vent my
frustration.

For the record, several users came to Winnebago's defence and stated how
satisfied they had always been with the service; the feedback about them
was almost entirely positive. They have a lot of satisfied customers so
they must be doing their job well.

So, sorry, LM_Netters, and Winebago, end-of-year blues must have got to
me. I will venture to be more discreet in future.  BTY although Kathleen
Gaillard's name is on our address, she is not the culprit.
