HELP on hits, and such

A reminder that our "Internet Assistance for LM_Net Members" list - updated
just last week - exists to help you answer questions like "how do I post a hit?"

(The answer to that question will depend, in large part, on both the
telecommunications software you use, and on the mail system running on your
dial-in host.  Only the most generic of answers could be posted for everyone;
it will perhaps lack the specifics you need to get over the hump.

So, pull out your update, scroll to the email section, select a person who
uses the same system you do, and email for help.  Do it today!


Tossed out the update?  No problem.  Gopher to ericir.syr.edu and you will
find it in the archives.  You can mail youself another, or use it right there
at eric.
