                 INTERNET PUBLIC LIBRARY
            SERVICES FOR LIBRARIANS DIVISION
                     library survey
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

As part of the Internet Public Library project at the
University of Michigan School of Information and Library
Studies, we are working to help practicing librarians
better understand and use the Internet. To serve you
best, we need to know what you already know and, more
importantly, what you'd like to know. If you could take
a few minutes to fill out this survey, it would greatly
assist us in planning and providing our services. You
may return the survey to us electronically or via U.S.
mail at the following addresses:

ipl.survey@umich.edu -- you may indicate your answers
within the text of the form, or
                        simply list question numbers and
                        your responses
