Dar Cathy,

I am the librarian in a 9-12 school and I have the same problem.  The
library mailbox is in the office close to where we sign in as we come
into school.  You would not believe how many sports pages of papers, SI,
etc. I get stolen.  Sometimes they put them back, and sometimes not.

I guess the diversity in the building is part of what makes my job
interesting.
