I hope someone out there can help me. Does anyone know of any recent studies or research that focuses on the different approaches to counselling women's groups for entry into the work force? For example, what aspects of a group program would be more likely to encourage future success in the workplace? Should the facilitators set rigid boundaries or should they be more flexible in their expectations? Does one success lead to more successes (i.e. completion of the majority of the program) or is it more important to mimic the workplace atmosphere in the classroom? Thank you for your interest.
