I also hesitate to jump into the breech here but I have three comments:

1.  Review  the "Library Bill of Rights" document?

2.  SI has "cleaned up" their swimsuit edition considerably due to a lot of
criticism from a lot of people.  If you are unsure of this, go back to the
swimsuit editions from 5 to 10 years old.  Companies ARE responsive to
complaints!

3.  Someone mentioned some of the other sports magazines.  Several of them
have jumped on the bandwagon of swimsuit editions also.  In my opinion many
of them show a lot more than SI.
