Internet connection

I have a friend in Australia who needs information on a full Internet
connection that he can access from his school.  He would like to correspond
with anyone who uses the conect.com gateway with a Mac since he would be
able to connect via the company's satellite lines to the United States.  If
you have any information on that company or any other that may fit his
