      Job Title/Rank: Reference Librarian/Education Subject Specialist/
                      Coordinator of Database Searching - Instructor/Assistant
                      Professor.

Position Description: Providing reference desk service, bibliographic
                      instruction and librarian-mediated database searching;
                      serves as liasion with departments in the field of
                      Education; and coordinates the Library's database
                      searching services.

      Qualifications/
          Experience: ALA-accredited MLS and graduate degree in Education
                      or related field are required.  Experience in an academic
                      or research library (area of reference, library
                      instruction, database searching), knowledge
                      of microcomputer applications, and a doctorate are
                      preferred.

 Term of Appointment: Tenure track, academic year; summer session
                      contract optional but not guaranteed.

    Appointment Date: Position Available immediately.

              Salary: $28,210-$37,804 for academic year, $36,673-$49,145
                      for academic year and summer.
