Reference Questions

I have seen numerous reference questions posted to this list.
I discovered an very interesting mailserv last month and haven't
seen a reference to it before on LM_NET.  It is STUMPERS-LIST,
 a networking resource for reference questions
that have people, in essence, stumped.  It is assumed that all
questions posted to this list have been thoroughly researched
through the usual sources; library, parents, specialists, etc...
ONLY after failing to find a satisfactory answer you turn to the
people on STUMPERS-LIST.

 SUBSCRIBING THROUGH MAILSERV:

Send the following message "SUBSCRIBE STUMPERS-L
<your-e-mail-address>" in the body of the e-mail, to the
following addres

    MAILSERV@CRF.CUIS.EDU

The STUMPERS-LIST archives can be accessed through a gopher
server.  From your terminal, simply type GOPHER CRF.CUIS.EDU

At the Root Gopher Server menu, select the following:
8. LIBRARY RESOURCES/

At the Libra menu, select the following:
6. STUMPERS REFERENCE QUESTIONS ARCHIVE/
