"How to increase the relevance of the library".

Dear all, sorry I have not got the answer to this one.  Rather I was asking
for ideas or successful innovations that have resulted in an increased usage
of your library.  I am finding at our Primary School that it is the upper
grades, the 11 and 12 year olds who no longer "visit" the library in their
lunchtime.  How do we encourage them back?  Any ideas?
