The Pennsylvania School Librarians Association is pleased to announce the
winners of the Pennsylvania Young Reader's Choice Award for the 1994-95
school year. 'Martha Speaks' by Susan Meddaugh was selected by over
13,000 students in Kindergarten to grade 3. 8600 students in grades 3 - 8
chose 'The Giver' by Lois Lowry.
