The following is a request for Christmas greetings to be sent to two separate
addresses.

The first address is to me. Our district library/media specialists plan to
decorate a Christmas tree for the local Festival of Trees event which is to be
held in early December. The trees are auctioned off with the proceeds going to
support the Lifeline program at our hospital. We want to decorate our tree
with Christmas messages from all over the world, so that we can have an
international Internet Christmas tree. We would appreciate hearing from as
many of you as possible. Thank you very much.

The second address is to Sollars Elementary School, Misawa Air Force Base,
Misawa, Japan. Due to the small size of their mailboxes, the personnel at
Sollars are unable to use the services of a listserv and their Internet access
is very limited. The computer tech person at Sollars would also like to
receive Christmas greetings for her school from as many of you as possible.
She wants to post these for viewing by students, staff, and her principal so
that they can see the power of the net. If you are able to do this, please
send Christmas greetings also to Sollars Elementary in care of the following
