TECH: Infotrac TOM on a Network

has anyone had any luck using TOM across a network?  Am in the process of
doing this and I can't get the journal holdings of our library to appear
on anyone's screen except mine.  Also, when wwe switched to the network
version we seemed to loose the full text on the CD.  Infor Access has
been some help, but they seem to be bogged down.  Any suggestions?
