Target, Sec: Falling behind in lit. crit.

Indeed we are behind.  Up to 50-something in CLC, 30-something in TCLC,
and ridiculously behind in CA.  Whenever the company name Gale comes up
around here, we joke about the prices.  I feel they don't care much about
high school libraries, 99% of which are relatively poor, whether urban,
suburban or rural.  They seem geared to academic and large public
libraries.  Even our moderate-sized community libraries can afford to
keep up, so we wind up sending our students there.  We have essentially
given up.
