Some things that have helped me have been:

(1) the principal does a joint observation of a lesson done jointly by a
classroom teacher and me; and

(2) I always include names of teachers and classes that have been using
the media center in the school newspaper that goes home to parents.
Parents then help to put pressure on teachers who have not been bringing
their classes; and

(3) I share successful lessons that I have done with classroom teachers
during faculty meetings.

    I send lots of notes to teachers with ideas for lessons and I attend
their grade level meetings or plan with them one on one in their
classrooms to try and get them more involved in the media center.
