Dear Marla, Several years ago when I was in an elementary library, I used the video camera to film Book Talks by students. It took several weeks to pull it all together, but the students enjoyed it immensely. They showed their books along with visual aids and tried to make the talks interesting. I used this mainly with third graders and had to rearrange schedules to get everything done. Afterwards, we watched them with individual classes. As with everything, some were fantastic and others were mediocre, but it was good for all the students to get in front of the camera. All students were encouraged to do this, but I didn't force anyone. Some who didn't want to do this in front of their classmates came in at noon. I'm not sure this will work with what you have, but it is a good memory. Judy Stewman,Librarian De Queen High School De Queen, Arkansas
